Planet of the Apes (1968)
In 1972, astronaut Taylor and his crew go into space in order to colonize the nearest habitable planet. Two millennia later, after a forced landing, they wake up in a world dominated by intelligent apes and where men become primitive, and are used for experiments and for entertainment.
