2015 future Hill Valley concept painting

Original concept painting of 2015 future Hill Valley from Back to the Future II. (Universal, 1989) The painting did belong to John Zemansky, the Property Master from all three Back to the Future films.  He added his personal touch to the first two films in the trilogy by having a background extra play a painter in both sequences when Michael J. Fox first views Hill Valley in 1955 and 2015.  In Back to the Future II, the artist can be seen near the future Hill Valley Clock Tower town square, and the painting features his actual point of view.  The painting was commissioned for the film using Alfred Hitchcock's painting team.  Measures approx. 24 in. x 36 in.
